The amulet is cursed. Once the player puts it on he must make a save, DC 15, to take it off again. If he fails he refuses to remove it for 24 hours, when he can attempt to remove it again. After 3 failures he will stop at nothing to wear the amulet all the time, and he will become a loyal follower of Necrodeimus.
Found around the neck of the sahuagin pirate that attacked the party in Chapter 6. The item is a cursed relic of Necrodeimus.
